brief<\/span> Explore the possibility of creating an interactive environment in which to deliver training material to restaurant crew members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I created RT World, a Sims-like isometric environment onto which various learning simulations might run. As a demonstration, I produced a cleaning and maintenance prioritization simulation where the learner has to address various issues around the restaurant in order of importance,1<\/sup> 1) Data for maintenance procedures and prioritization were puled from a database populated with operations information.<\/span> and they were scored at the end with some feedback on how tasks should be prioritized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the demo was effective enough, the time and resources required to maintain the content for such a program was deemed beyond the current resources of the training group at the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
