Men’s Tailoring at Home (macys.com) – LEMEL WILLIAMS

LEMEL WILLIAMS

Men’s Tailoring at Home (macys.com)

Restaurant elements have active attributes that allow interaction and lesson prompts linking back to operations documentation.

brief This project was executed as part of the IdeaLab program at Macy’s, in which a small interdisciplinary team embark on a 2 week sprint to complete a novel feature.

zTailor, a new API from an innovator with a long heritage in the men’s suits business, provided the catalog of working tailors, and the means to schedule them.

Our team built scheduling into the checkout flow for eligible products, which included emailed confirmations, and user flows for changing or rebooking appointments.

The successful two-week sprint validated our build approach, setting the stage for production buildout by the inheriting team.
