I created RT World, a Sims-like isometric environment onto which various learning simulations might run. As a demonstration, I produced a cleaning and maintenance prioritization simulation where the learner has to address various issues around the restaurant in order of importance,1 1) Data for maintenance procedures and prioritization were puled from a database populated with operations information. and they were scored at the end with some feedback on how tasks should be prioritized.
While the demo was effective enough, the time and resources required to maintain the content for such a program was deemed beyond the current resources of the training group at the time.
